Integral meditation emphasizes balanced spiritual development.
Balanced spiritual development is achieved by meditating on each of the four poles of spiritual development.
By developing the ensouling entity (Soul), spirit, and the inner vehicles of the mind to the same nodal point, harmonious transition from one nodal point to the next is achieved.
The attentional principle then contemplates this new state of being, looking for the emergence of novel abilities, for fresh vistas of intuitive knowledge and understanding.
Integral meditation also incorporates many aspects of spiritual practices in a single system. These are the ten steps of the process we teach in the Mudrashram® Master Course in Meditation and the Accelerated Meditation Program.
